A little late with posting this, but for the Superbowl last weekend, I wanted to make something fun and festive, and these were just the thing! They’re so easy, and tasty too. A real crowd pleaser!
Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Adapted from unknown source
Serves 4 (or serves 8 as appetizer servings)
1.25 lb chicken tenders, or chicken breasts cut into 16 strips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp canola oil
2 Tbsp Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup FF blue cheese dressing (optional)
4 medium celery stalks, cut into 4 sticks each
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt & paprika. Add chicken to skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add canola oil and garlic; reduce heat to low, stir and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in Frank’s red hot sauce and cook until warmed through, about 1 minute.
Serve chicken with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
*Note*: These can be made ahead and kept warm in a crock pot for serving at parties!
